Expo Attendee Registration

Onsite Registration
Advanced registration is now closed - however, you can register for the 2009 Minnesota Green Expo onsite. Members of qualifying associations will receive a $20 discount per person off the one-day and three-day rates listed here!

Three-Day Education and Trade Show $93.00
One-Day Education and Trade Show $78.00
Trade Show Only (good for all three days); no discounts allowed $12.00
Students (currently enrolled in horticulture, landscape or grounds study); no discounts allowed $15.00

Registration Cancellation Policy
The Minnesota Green Expo will refund 100% of registration fees for cancellation requests received by December 26, 2008. There will be no refunds for Expo no-shows or for cancellations received after December 26, 2008.

Registration Badges
Name badges will be mailed to those who are registered by December 19, 2008. Those registering after December 19 can pick up their badges at Expo's will call window.

Special Accomodations
Please contact the Minnesota Green Expo office at 651-633-4987 if you require special accomodations. Show management must be notified at least 2 weeks prior to Expo.

Register for the 2010 Minnesota Green Expo onsite beginning Tuesday, Jan 5th at 9am. Your company receives Two Free Complete Registrations per 10 x 10 booth space rented.

One-Day Education and Trade Show $58.00
Trade Show Only $12.00

Exhibit Set-Up/Tear Down Information
- Hours for set-up on Tuesday, January 5 are from 8 am - 5 pm
- Hours for tear-down on Friday, January 8 are from 1:01 pm - 6 pm
- Hours for tear down on Saturday, January 9 are from 8 am - 12 pm

Special arrangements - Any exhibitor with large equipment/machinery or with a booth requiring extensive preparation should consider setting up Monday, January 4 from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. You must call the Minnesota Green Expo's office to verify that you are coming on this day and obtain a pass. EXHIBITORS WITH PASSES WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER AT 2:00. THOSE WITHOUT PASSES MAY OR MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER AND WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL COMPANIES WITH PASSES HAVE BEEN ALLOWED IN.

Forlift Information
You MAY use your own forklift, skid steer or specialized truck on Monday, January 4th and on Saturday, January 9th. (Make advance arrangements to move in or move out on these days with Expo staff.) You may NOT use your own forklift, skid steer or specialized truck on Tuesday, January 5th or Friday, January 8th.

All exhibitor name badges will be held at the Exhibitor Will Call Desk for pick up on site at the Expo.

Weather Note: All Super Tuesday sessions will be held regardless of weather conditions on Tuesday, January 5, 2010. As per MNLA's refund policy: There will be no refunds issued unless you cancel by January 2nd at 4:30pm.

Make the most out of Expo week...devote an extra day to education! Join us on Tuesday, January 5, 2010at the Minneapolis Convention Center for a full day of education programs before Expo. Advanced Registration ONLY! The advanced registration deadline is December 15, 2009. There will be NO ONSITE REGISTRATION. Advanced registration for all programs includes all materials and coffee breaks. Lunch is included with the Women in Horticulture, Outdoor Spaces, and Low Voltage sessions. A registration confirmation letter along with directions will be e-mailed to all participants.
